Roshan Kumar

Roshan received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, India in 2013. Currently, he is pursuing Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at University of Washington. He joined PSy lab in 2016. His research interests include system architecture and low-power circuit design.

Thushara Xavier

Thushara received her B.tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (Kerala University), India and M.E in MIcroelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani, India. She is currently pursuing Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at University of Washington. She has held industry positions with Sandisk India(Western Digital) and Coreel Technologies, india. Her area of interests includes custom circuit design/low power circuit design.

Yuan Liao

Ryan Wang

Ryan received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Washington, Seattle in 2020. From 2020 to 2021 He interned at Intel as a Hardware Security Intern. In Autumn 2020, He returned to UW and joined Psylab as a master’s student in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Cryogenic Computing, Digital Circuit Design/Architecture, Mixed Signal Circuits, and Error Correcting Codes (ECC). He likes K-pop, Deadlifting, and Driving/Biking/Walking around Seattle.

Fahim ur Rahman

Fahim received his BSc in Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2013, where he subsequently served as a lecturer. He joined PsyLab in 2014, and conducts research in the efficient design of low power systems, including clock generation, distribution and voltage regulation. In his free time, Fahim enjoys table-tennis and soccer.

Anthony Smith

William joined the University of Washington in June 2011. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and the M.S. degree from the University of Utah under Reid Harrison. His M.S. thesis discussed the robust transmission of data transcutaneously through inductively coupled links. He has held industry positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Spansion. During the Ph.D., his primary research focus has been on the development of high-density electrocorticography sensor systems for use in Brain-Computer Interfaces.
